A Customer Calls Your Personal Cell, Now What?

Just like receiving documents at your home address versus your business, once in a while processors will make mistakes and put your personal phone number on the billing descriptor instead of your business phone. 

If a customer calls you, whether you pick up accidentally or they leave a voicemail, please simply notify us at support@m2nikn.com or text us at (619) 393-5949. We will immediately have your customer service team reach out to the customer and resolve the situation. Furthermore we will identify which merchant processor this transaction was a part of, contact them, and make sure if they have made a mistake they fix the billing descriptor to the correct number.

This does not happen often, but can occur, and will get resolved rapidly
